Grad school decisions!

There's lots of celebratory joy out our way... our PREP scholars have made decisions about their destinations for next year.

  • Andrew Barber is joining the Immunology program at Johns Hopkins as a Vivien Thomas Scholar and NSF GRFP Fellow.
  • Cameron Vasquez is going to the Program in Integrated Biological Sciences at the University of Michigan, with a UM Rackham Fellowship and NSF GRFP fellowship.
  • Cassandra Morris will return to the frozen north -- the University of Wisconsin's Cell and Molecular Biology program.
  • Christian Torres has elected to remain in PREP@UC Davis for another year with a research switch to a developmental biology lab
  • Daniela Hernandez is going to the Program in Integrated Biological Sciences at the University of Michigan, with a UM Rackham Fellowship and NSF GRFP fellowship. If you're getting a déjà vu moment here, you're not incorrect: see "Cameron" above.
  • Dianah Anderson will be in the Integrated Life Sciences program at the University of Georgia with an NSF GRFP fellowship
  • Ellianna Damonzonio, undergrad extraordinaire, will be at UC Irvine's Cell and Molecular program in the Cancer Biology track. Zot zot zot!
  • Emari Mann will return to her roots in the Chemistry PhD program at the University of Delaware. And she also will be supported by an NSF GRFP fellowship.
